By accessing or using our services, including bouquet delivery, wedding and event floral design, floral classes and workshops, digital downloads, and subscription services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Bouquet delivery services

  • Wedding and event floral design

  • Floral classes and workshops

  • Digital downloads

  • Monthly and weekly floral subscription services

Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling. Additional terms may apply to specific services.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders for bouquets, subscriptions, and other products can be placed via our website or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to availability.

  • Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, subject to approval. Custom orders, wedding/event services and floral classes and workshops may have specific cancellation policies outlined in individual contracts.

4. Floral Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.

  • Changes to your subscription (e.g., frequency or delivery address) must be made at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not provided.

5. Classes and Workshops

  • Registration: Advanced registration is required. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Materials: Class fees include all necessary materials unless stated otherwise.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable, but transferable if communicated 24 hours prior to the event.

6. Digital Downloads

  • License: Purchases of digital downloads grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell digital downloads without prior written permission.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided.

7. Delivery Policies

  • Delivery Areas: Bouquet delivery services are available within specified regions, as indicated on our website.

  • Timing: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Recipient Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

8. Refund and Return Policy

  • Refunds for floral products are only provided for damaged or incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Event and wedding services are governed by individual contracts, which include specific refund and cancellation terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of For Floral Sake or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, transportation disruptions).

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to flowers, plants, or materials used in our products.

  • Losses arising from the misuse of digital downloads or instructional content.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
